How to use it
Take 2 capsules orally per day, with or without food. Best taken at least 2 hours apart from other medications. Recommended routine: 1 capsule in the afternoon for stress response and 1 capsule before bedtime for sleep support. Alternatively, take both capsules 30 minutes before bed. If gastric discomfort occurs, take with food.
