How to use it
Mix one scoop into water or your favorite beverage, once per day. Tip: Consider a loading dose of 1 scoop 4 times a day for 5 days to achieve results within 1-2 weeks. Without a loading dose, expect results in 4-6 weeks. If combining with regular exercise, take it after your workout along with carbohydrates.

I’m 63 always trained. I’m mixing in a Half a Scoop of Creatine with a Full Scoop of the Aminos into a 16 oz bottle of water. I drink it while driving to the gym and complete it during my workout. After workout I make a Protein Shake, 1 Full Scoop of Protein 1 Full Scoop of Creatine. I Cup of Almond Milk, 1 Handful of Frozen Fruit. I alternate the frozen fruit, bananas, strawberry, blueberry & peach. I noticed that I have more strength and endurance. I’m able to add more weight and push out a few more reps. I stay pumped for a longer amount of time. I’m not exhausted after the gym I still have energy when I get home to either spend time with family or work on my business. *Workout Training Tip Performing Reps. Always Countdown To Your Goal. I am 68 yrs young and I use this pre-gardening when I must sustain my energy and stamina for 2 or more! What I found out for myself is that my knee doesn't ache after all my weeding and pruning.
